Advocate Training for Tech Safety

Technology has fundamentally transformed how abuse occurs, creating invisible yet devastating landscapes of digital violence that traditional support systems are ill-equipped to address. Born from a recognition of this critical gap in survivor support, this training program represents an innovative approach to understanding and combating technological abuse in its most nuanced forms. The project emerged from conversations with survivors who felt increasingly vulnerable in a world where personal boundaries can be violated with a simple click, share, or hack. Witnessing the profound emotional and psychological impacts of digital harassment, stalking, and manipulation, I became acutely aware that our advocacy models needed radical reimagining.
